Our story
MiraalTech started when Bilal and Adnan - two engineers who had spent years building products for Gulf businesses - kept hearing the same frustration from clinic owners: patient communication was stuck on phone calls and WhatsApp groups, while billing and scheduling lived in tools that did not talk to each other.
That work grew into full hospital systems, insurer integrations, and dedicated engineering teams embedded with providers across Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. We remain headquartered in Manama, close to the clinics and hospital groups we serve.
