Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Also read our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion.
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between MiraalTech Ltd (company number 17410938, registered in England and Wales) and the business that signs up for MiraalChatBot.
By creating an account, connecting WhatsApp, or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
MiraalChatBot is an AI chatbot for WhatsApp Business. Depending on your plan, it can include AI replies, a knowledge base, voice-note understanding, human handoff, chat history, lead capture, and analytics.
We may add, change, or retire features as the product develops. If we remove a feature you are paying for, and that materially reduces the service, we will tell you in advance.
3. Accounts
To use MiraalChatBot you must:
- Be a business or a professional user, not a consumer buying for personal chat
- Be at least 18 years old
- Give accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date
- Keep login details confidential
- Be responsible for what your team members do with the account
Tell us promptly at support@miraaltech.com if you believe the account has been accessed without permission.
4. WhatsApp and Meta requirements
You must:
- Own the WhatsApp number and WhatsApp Business Account you connect, or be authorised by the owner to connect them
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta's terms
- Get a valid opt-in from each end customer before you send a business-initiated or template message, and honour opt-outs
- Not send spam, illegal content, misleading content, or content Meta prohibits
Meta can restrict or ban a number for policy violations. MiraalTech Ltdis not responsible for Meta's decisions, including limits, quality ratings, or a ban on your number.
5. Meta messaging fees
WhatsApp conversation and message fees are charged by Meta. They are billed to your own payment method in Meta, or as your plan with us states. Those fees are separate from the MiraalChatBot subscription.
6. Plans, billing and renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. A plan renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
We may change prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a higher price applies to your next renewal. Taxes are extra where the law says they are.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The subscription does not renew after that.
We do not refund fees for a partial billing period, except where the law requires a refund.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Harass, deceive, or harm end customers or anyone else
- Upload malware or try to break, probe, or overload the service
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the software, except where the law does not allow this restriction
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agency agreement with us
- Use the bot, on its own, for a high-risk decision that needs a qualified person. That includes medical diagnosis and legal or financial advice.
9. AI disclaimer
Replies are generated automatically. They can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for the knowledge base, the bot settings, and every message the bot sends to your end customers. Review important replies and use human handoff where a person should decide.
10. Customer data
You own your content and your end customers' data. You give MiraalTech Ltd a limited licence to host, copy, and process that data only so we can provide MiraalChatBot to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process end-customer data for you, we act as your processor and only on your instructions. How to delete data is described at Data Deletion.
11. Intellectual property
MiraalTech Ltd owns the software, the MiraalChatBot name, the MiraalTech brand, and the platform. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you. You receive a limited right to use the service while your subscription is active and these terms are in force.
12. Availability and support
We will use reasonable efforts to keep MiraalChatBot available. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, for a failure at Meta or another provider, or for a security issue. We do not promise a specific uptime figure unless we have agreed one with you in a separate written contract. Support is available at support@miraaltech.com.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close the account if payment fails, if you break these terms or Meta's policies, or if we need to contain a security risk. Where we can do so without increasing the risk, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
You may stop using the service and cancel as described above. After termination, we delete customer data as described on the Data Deletion page.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that AI replies will be correct, that Meta will keep your number active, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of these terms or the service is capped at the fees you paid us for MiraalChatBot in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost customers, or a Meta ban, to the extent the law allows that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to limit.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify MiraalTech Ltdagainst claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs that arise from your content, your messages, your lack of opt-in consent, or your breach of these terms or of Meta's policies. We will tell you about a claim that this indemnity covers and let you control the defence, if you do so promptly and reasonably.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give you notice by email or in the product before it applies. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. If you keep using the service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, cancel before the change applies.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may also seek an injunction in any court that can grant one. This does not remove any mandatory right you have under the law of the country where you operate.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@miraaltech.com. Privacy requests go to privacy@miraaltech.com.
