Help grow MiraalTech across LinkedIn and Instagram with content, calendars, and brand-consistent posts for a healthcare software audience.
What you will do
- Plan and draft posts for LinkedIn and Instagram aligned with our healthcare focus.
- Maintain a simple content calendar and track what is scheduled vs published.
- Repurpose blog posts, case studies, and product updates into social snippets.
- Monitor comments and mentions and flag anything that needs a team response.
- Support basic reporting on reach, engagement, and top-performing posts.
What we are looking for
- Strong written English; Arabic is a plus for Gulf-facing content.
- Comfort with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for simple visuals.
- Interest in B2B tech, healthcare, or software marketing.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Build and maintain fast, clean, conversion-focused WordPress sites for MiraalTech and client landing pages.
What you will do
- Implement page layouts from design files or wireframes in WordPress.
- Optimise pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO hygiene.
- Update plugins, fix layout bugs, and keep staging and production in sync.
- Add forms, tracking snippets, and simple integrations where needed.
- Document changes so the team can review and hand off work cleanly.
What we are looking for
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
- Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar).
- Eye for clean UI and attention to detail on spacing and typography.
- Comfort learning from feedback in a remote, async-friendly team.
- Portfolio or sample sites - personal projects are fine for interns.
Support development of patient-facing mobile apps used by clinics and hospitals across the GCC.
What you will do
- Build and fix screens in React Native under guidance from senior engineers.
- Connect UI components to REST APIs and handle loading, empty, and error states.
- Test flows on iOS and Android simulators or physical devices.
- Help with Arabic/English layout checks and accessibility basics.
- Write clear commit messages and join code reviews to learn team standards.
What we are looking for
- Solid JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals.
- Exposure to React or React Native through coursework, bootcamp, or projects.
- Basic understanding of Git and pull-request workflows.
- Interest in healthcare products and mobile UX for real-world users.
- Ability to communicate blockers early in a fully remote environment.
Test MiraalTech products, catch bugs early, and help keep release quality high across web and mobile.
What you will do
- Execute test cases for new features and regression paths before releases.
- Log bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity.
- Verify fixes and retest related flows to avoid regressions.
- Support basic test documentation for booking, forms, and patient journeys.
- Flag UX inconsistencies or broken flows during exploratory testing.
What we are looking for
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of reporting issues.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile apps - no prior healthcare experience required.
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar ticket systems.
- Patient, curious, and willing to learn healthcare workflow terminology.
- Studying computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline is a plus.
Learn how healthcare software projects are planned, tracked, and delivered while supporting timelines, teams, and client updates.
What you will do
- Help maintain project boards, sprint notes, and weekly status summaries.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, action items, and follow-ups across engineering and design.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and blockers with senior PM oversight.
- Support preparation for client demos, release notes, and internal reviews.
- Keep documentation folders organised for scope, decisions, and handoffs.

Full-time roles
Experienced hires for AI, senior project management, and compliance. All positions are remote.
Design and ship AI features for healthcare products - clinical documentation, patient communication, coding assistance, and workflow automation with guardrails.
What you will do
- Build and evaluate LLM-powered features from prototype through production.
- Design prompts, retrieval flows, and safety checks for regulated healthcare use cases.
- Integrate AI services with existing apps via APIs, queues, and monitoring.
- Measure quality, latency, and cost; iterate with product and engineering leads.
- Document limitations, fallback behaviour, and data-handling boundaries for PDPL-aware delivery.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years shipping software; meaningful experience with LLMs, RAG, or ML in production.
- Strong Python or TypeScript and comfort with cloud APIs (OpenAI, Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Practical mindset about hallucinations, PII, and human-in-the-loop workflows in healthcare.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team across discovery, build, and release.
- Healthcare, healthtech, or compliance-sensitive product experience is a strong plus.
Own delivery for healthcare software engagements from discovery through launch - timelines, scope, client communication, and cross-functional coordination.
What you will do
- Lead multiple client projects across engineering, design, and QA with clear milestones.
- Run standups, demos, RAID logs, and steering updates with clinic and hospital stakeholders.
- Manage scope, change requests, and documentation for PDPL-aware delivery.
- Unblock teams, escalate risks early, and keep budgets and timelines realistic.
- Improve delivery playbooks based on what works across GCC healthcare implementations.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in software project or program management, including client-facing work.
- Proven track record delivering web or mobile products in agile or hybrid setups.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus for Gulf clients.
- Experience with healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Comfort working fully remote with distributed engineering teams.
Guide MiraalTech and client projects on PDPL, healthcare data handling, and practical compliance for software delivery in the Gulf.
What you will do
- Review product and process designs for PDPL, consent, retention, and access-control gaps.
- Support client questionnaires, DPIAs, and security reviews for healthcare software projects.
- Work with engineering on audit logs, role-based access, and data minimisation patterns.
- Maintain compliance checklists for proposals, SOWs, and release sign-off.
- Stay current on Bahrain PDPL and broader GCC healthcare privacy expectations.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in compliance, privacy, information security, or healthcare governance.
- Hands-on familiarity with PDPL, GDPR-style frameworks, or healthcare data regulations.
- Ability to translate legal requirements into actionable guidance for product teams.
- Strong documentation skills and comfort advising remote engineering squads.
- CIPP, CIPM, ISO 27001, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
